YA Clinic is the first phase of a mix-used compound, consisting of a family home & a small clinic.

The client is a young doctor who needed a place to start his own practice. This project's initial phase is a small building that houses a living quarter, a doctor's office, a waiting room & an administration room.

YA Clinic was designed & built with functionality & ease of maintenance in mind. Most electrical wirings & plumbing pipes in the interior were left exposed & arranged neatly for easier maintenance & access.

The exterior was designed to look clean & neat. A composition of details around the entrance area, which includes handrails next to the entrance ramp, a specially designed roof drain, & a small wall opening, adds a bit of poetry to the otherwise very rationally designed facade.
