Removing physical boundaries between different rooms inside your home can often create a sense of spaciousness, & when physical boundaries between these rooms & the outdoors are further reduced, an even more substantial feeling of spaciousness can be achieved.

This design project aims to provide a different take on a compact house in the tropical climate, where boundaries between the rooms inside, as well as between the interior & exterior space of the house are reduced to a minimum, creating an unconfined sense of spaciousness.

The  living - dining - pantry area of the house takes the form of a semi-outdoor space with no fixed walls, creating the ambience of a large terrace, into which outdoor elements such as light & air can easily enter into the house.
